NSS
The extension activities are mainly confined to students who are involved in NSS unit of the college. The objective of the NSS is to create social awareness among the students and all round development of their personality. The NSS unit of our college conducts regular and special camp awareness classes, demonstrations, personality development programs etc for the NSS volunteers. Blood donation to the needy and required patients is an appreciable activity of the NSS. The NSS students participate in adult literacy programmes in those villages where camps are held.
The NSS students also generate awareness about health and hygiene and carry on a cleanliness drive in the villages. The N.S.S. wing is involved in many social welfare activities. This kind of training for students is very essential for developing their personality. The NSS Students organized AIDS awareness programme in the college on World AIDS Day.
NCC
The N.C.C. cadets bring laurels to the college by participating in the Republic Day Parade & in various camps. Many cadets have also been selected for the Defense services.NCC cadets participate in cycle rallies which are organized to promote national integration. Students of NCC of our college participate in Regional and National camps where they get opportunity to learn about the culture and language of other parts of the country. They interact with the students of the same age group, hailing from different parts of the country. This promotes their mental growth. These camps inculcate positive values such as civic sense, team-work, national integration and consciousness of one’s duties towards society. Cadets also participate in Republic Day parade at New Delhi .
CENTRE OF WOMEN'S STUDIES
The Centre for Women’s Studies is an annexure of the department of Women’s Studies granted by the UGC under the XI plan. The Centre for Women’s Studies ‘s main objective which is a from fold theme includes teaching , research , extension and advocacy.

Gender Sensitization Cell
As the College is committed to provide to all its students and employees an environment that is gender equitable, it has a Cell for Sexual Harassment Protection that works towards the achievement of such goals. This cell was constituted along the guidelines prescribed by the honorable Supreme Court of India The veracity of the complaints is looked into before being brought to the notice of the Head of the Institution. Remedial measures are initiated and judiciously addressed.
